This Neo-Renaissance style building from 1887 in the center of Helsinki was converted entirely for residential use. Seven flats in the building were reorganized, orienting living and bedrooms toward the street while kitchens and the washing facilities overlook the courtyard. The appearances of the apartments were made modern though ageless, neutral colours and materials. Our design follows the client's desire for a high-quality standard, unattainable in cost and time sparing property developments.
