A magnificent south facing mountain view over the picturesque fields hosts this luxurious but symmetrically modern still traditionally built Chalet in Lauenen, Switzerland. The main building was originally built in 2010 for the other client and now it has been fully constructed again with a fully new spatial organization. The work is done in two phases which will be finalized in its third phase in 2017. The old building is now remodeled and in a final phase new two-storey spa annex will be added continuing the set of guest rooms in a ground floor. Also a new garage is designed for making the amount of the parking lots comfortable. The new underground parking uses the car elevator system which renders the cars underground without any interfering building parts added on the ground level.
