This complex is situated on the shore of Zerkalnoe, a small lake near the Primorsk area between St. Petersburg and Vyborg. Designed on a site with beautiful pine forests, Spa Zerkalnoe consists of six primary buildings and 40 separate luxus villas. The central hotel with 100 rooms and five-star amenities connects the spa and conference buildings with semi-covered galleries. These galleries enable better use of the spa and conference facilities during the winter season. Water sport facilities, Buddha hall, and shore Sauna form isolated, semi-public areas adjacent the lake.

Lee Boulevard Apartments

The initial idea of this project was to create a townhome complex with a maximum density on this fairly small lot. The subject plot was originally master planned to serve as a corner shop for the surrounding subdivisions and therefore A1 zoning made it possible to meet the regulations for this dense solution.

A project for the masterplanning of a new city located ideally between Latvia's capital, Riga, and the beach resort of Jurmala.

Raadelma Masterplan

A dwelling development by Hartela Ltd. arranges 427 homes across a fragmented site overlooking the old Medieval castle of Kuusisto. The site consists of natural forest areas and strong slopes oriented in one direction, providing magnificent sea views.

Romanovka Subdivision

The masterplan of this gated community is comprised of 202 housing units within 18 neighborhood clusters arranged upon a curved main street.

Rio Grande Valley Estates

This development lies on a valley area, west side of El Paso surrounded by the Mexican Border and the state of New Mexico. The plot used to be a horse ranch and an area for the rodeo shows.

Al Nahda Center

This project totals 10.000 m2 of commercial space in Jeddah, Saudi-Arabia. The strip mall design is splitted into two floors, having most of the restaurants in a second floor with outdoor terraces.

Papinsaari Housing

This development is designed in an extremely steep plot consisting of 16 detached houses with separate garages and carports.

The satellite town of Saliena, which is situated between Jurmala and Riga in Latvia10 years old. The realization of the project, which involves the creation of a proper town with workplaces, schools, and public spaces, is still ongoing. However, the first stage of the project has already proved the efficacy of the multifunctional model chosen for this development.

The former Mandatum Bank headquarters was converted to residential use and divided into four flats, the largest being 600m2 shared between two levels. The main floor living area constitutes 450m2 with an additional 150m2 in the lower floor, hosting a brick-vaulted wine cellar.
