Aarikka is a Finnish family business selling handmade jewelry and homeware. Their designs are based on clear, Scandinavian lines, round forms, and wood as a primary material. The flagship store on Esplanadi in the center of Helsinki was to be the first of a new store concept as part of renewing the business outlook. The sales counter is Corian veneered with an inset logo. Black acoustic boards topped with light birch lettering form the back paneling. American oak floor boarding finishes the space.
