Hartela House

Raisio, Finland

This project includes seven single-family dwellings on a small plot facing the sea near the Turku Archipelago. Dwelling sizes vary between 115-200 square meters. Each units was built from four prefabricated space elements. Those space elements, including the roof, were assembled in-factory and transported to the site. Most of the interior materials and technical elements were also assembled on factory premises.

This three-structure complex is built on a strand plot in the Suvisaaristo Archipelago next to the City of Helsinki. The main house comprises 520 square meters divided into two floors.

Ateljee Pentik

Lapland's lake area terrain is fragmented into elongated peninsula forms. This pair of houses is built on one of these peninsula endpoints.

Villa in Inkoo Archipelago

A south facing seaside plot hosts a group of four buildings: a main house, guest building, service building, and a sauna. The main building was constructed between two mounds allowing the basement to fit naturally.

House in Papinsaari

The design for a detached house comprising 500 square meters on a hilled plot 25 meters above the sea. The building utilizes a T-form, white elevations, and concrete details in situ.
