The clients were two families who wanted detached houses and a boat house on a sea side plot. The assignment comprised from master planning to the smallest furniture details.Both houses are three story high with similar floor apart from minor differences that were needed to fully meet each client's wishes. Children's bedrooms are on the basement level, ground floor is for common use and the second floor has the master bedroom and an office. Each house has two terraces, one on the sea side and another next to the kitchen where the L-shaped house gives shelter from the wind. The kitchen terrace also has a view to the sea.
