With a view to a scenic Pacific across Santa Monica mountains, Beverly Bellevue Estates is an exclusive project which is located in Hollywood Hills area of the Beverly Hills. The design consists of two luxurious residences situated on fairly large lot. The collection of several clear building masses designed with unique detailing and spatial program creates true luxury in these 50.000 sqft residences.

The design for a detached house comprising 500 square meters on a hilled plot 25 meters above the sea. The building utilizes a T-form, white elevations, and concrete details in situ.

This project includes seven single-family dwellings on a small plot facing the sea near the Turku Archipelago. Dwelling sizes vary between 115-200 square meters.
