This industrial park project was one of the first such developments in Wuxi New District in Jiangsu province in the People's Republic of China. Located near the Tai lake and next to the Wuxi University this development consists of multiple types of office spaces ranging from 100 meters tall tower to individual multi-story office buildings. A business hotel was designed within the complex to accommodate the needs of the business environment and the adjacent University.The masterplan uses a central narrow band of commercial retail buildings to provide services for the surrounding offices. The central landmark office tower was designed and built as wholly glazed double curtain wall building with strategically positioned silk printed glass to provide necessary shading to the interior spaces.
