This industrial park project was one of the first such developments in Wuxi New District in Jiangsu province in the People’s Republic of China. Located near the Tai lake and next to the Wuxi University this development consists of multiple types of office spaces ranging from 100 meters tall tower to individual multi-story office buildings.

A business hotel was designed within the complex to accommodate the needs of the business environment and the adjacent University. The masterplan uses a central narrow band of commercial retail buildings to provide services for the surrounding offices.

Sagafurs Auction Hall

Sagafurs is the full-service auction house with the world´s broadest selection of superior farmed furs from European farms. Sagafurs, located in Finland, holds four international auctions each year.

El Paso Tower

Standing at the center of El Paso downtown this large tower development was planned to enhance the larger community as a whole. Therefore an outstanding landmark and unique design approach was requested as being the tallest tower in the city.

Xian Zhuyuan HQ

Xian is the capital of Shaanxi province and one of the oldest cities in People's Republic of China. The client had acquired this high F.A.R plot in the new urban development area close to the historical downtown.

Changzhou Financial Business District

Changzhou is a prefecture-level city in southern Jiangsu province in the People’s Republic of China.

Capital Bank Building

A subdivision project split into six commercial plots; this new bank building on North Mesa Street is situated on the leftmost plot.

Nanjing Lianchuang HQ

Nanjing "Southern Capital" is the city situated in the heartland of lower Yangtze River region in China, which has long been a major center of culture, education, research, politics, economy, transport networks and tourism.

Wuxi Animation Town

Abel Baker Headquarters

The approach for this interactive marketing company's office was to find a solution that is spatially efficient yet flexibly allowing work capacity fluctuations and hierarchy reorganizations.

Cili Financial Center

Cili County is under the administration of nearby Zhangjiajie city famous for its mountain range used as an inspiration for the Hollywood movie Avatar. Cili is located in Hunan province in People's Republic of China. It borders the prefecture-level city of Changde in all directions except for the west.

Hartela Headquarters

A renovation of the brewery block was the final step in the Aura West Bank's redevelopment. This building served as a brewery until the 1980s, and in 2001 was converted to the headquarters for Hartela Ltd., a contracting company with approximately one hundred employees.

Artek Headquarters

Artek is originally a Finnish modern furniture store nowadays owned by a Swiss furniture brand Vitra. The new headquarters is situated in the center of Helsinki next to the Bulevardi and the central park areas.

The satellite town of Saliena, which is situated between Jurmala and Riga in Latvia10 years old. The realization of the project, which involves the creation of a proper town with workplaces, schools, and public spaces, is still ongoing. However, the first stage of the project has already proved the efficacy of the multifunctional model chosen for this development.

Two storeys at Bulevardi

The former Mandatum Bank headquarters was converted to residential use and divided into four flats, the largest being 600m2 shared between two levels. The main floor living area constitutes 450m2 with an additional 150m2 in the lower floor, hosting a brick-vaulted wine cellar.

A south facing seaside plot hosts a group of four buildings: a main house, guest building, service building, and a sauna. The main building was constructed between two mounds allowing the basement to fit naturally.
