Daye is a city of Eastern Hubei province in the proximity of the province capital Wuhan in People's Republic of China. This mixed use project consists of a large shopping mall, five star hotel and residential development.The hotel tower, residential towers and the shopping mall form a symbiosis which enhances the circulation and user experience. Design intention was to use a uniform language to bind all these elements together.The elevations consist of double glass curtain wall with integrated LED-lighting system. The cavity in between the curtain walls is large enough to enable seasonal decorations as well as seasonal lighting themes to enhance the commercial aspect of the project without affecting overall architectural image.

Tangshan Hotel and Mall

Tangshan is a historical city in Hebei province widely known for its 1976 Great Tangshan earthquake. This commercial narrow plot was to be developed as a new commercial hub consisting of a hotel and office tower with a boutique shopping mall as a podium.

Changsha Wujiang Center

This large mixed use development located in the capital of Hunan province Changsha in the Peoples Republic of China was a shared winning entry in a closed bidding of eight different companies.

Zhengzhou Industry Bldg

Zhengzhou is the capital city of Central Hunan province in People's Republic of China. AUD Architects have designed and built two 100 meter high towers housing A-grade office space and a boutique style high-end hotel with adjoining retail street and a small theatre in the new CBD area of this city.

Taiyuan Wanda

One of many Wanda Groups developments was the first one of its kind in the capital and largest city Taiyuan of Northern Shanxi province in the People's Republic of China.

Greenland Fengxian Nanqiao

Fengxian Nanqiao is a growing Southern suburb of Shanghai in the People's Republic of China.As part of the major developer Greenland Groups development strategy for this area a commercial complex appealing to local characteristics was envisioned.

Suzhou Vanke Complex

Situated in Suzhou city in the People's Republic of China this project introduces a typical solutions for a quite typical programmatic requirements for a major Chinese developer.

Jinan Wanda Plaza Commercial Complex

Jinan Wanda Plaza sites in the most historical downtown area and the whole development of the whole project is going to create the new landmark of this area.

Al Nahda Center

This project totals 10.000 m2 of commercial space in Jeddah, Saudi-Arabia. The strip mall design is splitted into two floors, having most of the restaurants in a second floor with outdoor terraces.

RiverRun Estates Masterplan Development

The satellite town of Saliena, which is situated between Jurmala and Riga in Latvia10 years old. The realization of the project, which involves the creation of a proper town with workplaces, schools, and public spaces, is still ongoing. However, the first stage of the project has already proved the efficacy of the multifunctional model chosen for this development.

The former Mandatum Bank headquarters was converted to residential use and divided into four flats, the largest being 600m2 shared between two levels. The main floor living area constitutes 450m2 with an additional 150m2 in the lower floor, hosting a brick-vaulted wine cellar.
