Situated in Suzhou city in the People's Republic of China this project introduces a typical solutions for a quite typical programmatic requirements for a major Chinese developer. The development consists of four residential towers, an office tower and a large three floors high retail podium. The commercial area is divided by an internal public road which gives the necessary functionality and access but also enhances the visibility and versatility of the retail types. The aim is to create a European style half open commercial environment in this historical city.
