Fengxian Nanqiao is a growing Southern suburb of Shanghai in the People's Republic of China.As part of the major developer Greenland Groups development strategy for this area a commercial complex appealing to local characteristics was envisioned.This Mixed use complex consists of two 100 meter high office towers with shared lobby and ancillary facilities and an open retail environment to be occupied by relevant small scale businesses suitable for the areas demand. Also a small boutique style business hotel was built to complement the project.
